First Aid Instructor and Program Co-ordinator for Vantage First Aid & CPR Solutions (VFA) has been with VFA from the start. As a dedicated first aider, Nieve has over 11 years of experience instructing Canadian Red Cross accredited courses and offers a unique and lively teaching style that will keep participants engaged throughout the course, walking away with confidence in their new (or refreshed) skills. Nieve is now also certified as a Blended Learning Instructor, offering part online, part in-class training.

Isaac became a Canadian Red Cross Certified Instructor of Standard, Emergency and Advanced Life Saving Skills in 2021, after taking a Standard First Aid & CPR Course with Vantage First Aid. Melanie joined the Vantage team in January of 2016 as a dedicated and experienced administrator, with a strong background in office and clerical employment. A Nova Scotia native, Melanie has enjoyed living in London for the last 25 years. She has 5 children and 3 dogs. In addition to being an avid gardener and reading aficionado, Melanie enjoys cooking, baking and spending time at the cottage.

Sarah joined our team in November 2016 as an experienced and enthusiastic instructor, both for First Aid/CPR/AED and for the popular Babysitting Program. A Blended Learning Instructor with a water-safety background, we are happy to have Sarah and her considerable talent, join our team.
